JANICE & JEN. Janice has been training with me for over a year now. Jen has been training for about 9 mo. Both have the same goals, to lose weight and get in better, toner, tighter shape! Janice has made great improvements and lost 8 lbs, (as well as inches) tightened up and is very strong. Jen has also lost weight and inches and is making lots of improvements in overall body strength. Their progress is only getting better as they maintain their workout program about 3x week! They both enjoy the variety of doing the tabata drills and weight training and they have even attending some bootcamp sessions!
