What is it? Beach Body Bootcamp Training is my Boot Camp Series that is a 4 week long (8 - 12 sessions) private Boot Camp Class that meet two times per week.
CLASSES ALWAYS RUN BEYOND THE 4 WEEKS SO IT TURNS OUT TO BE AROUND $10 PER CLASS IF YOU PAY THE MONTHLY RATE AS OPPOSED TO THE "PER CLASS" RATE.

Boot camp workouts are the reigning champ for ultimate fat loss. These types of workouts are so effective because they really encompass the best of some of the most effective workout techniques you can do all in one hour.
Boot Camp classes combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. You can burn 400 – 600 calories in a variety of classes that may use jump ropes, boxing drills, free weights, and even a little healthy competition. Expect the unexpected in my Boot Camp classes, which are packed with lots of variety and tons of fun.
All I can tell you is "No guts, No glory" in this total body workout! This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness. You’ll move around the room (or great outdoors) to a number of different stations or drills, dependent upon the particular routine that day – each designed for a specific exercise.
Check “lazy” at the door when you step into this workout. Boot Camp works you head to toe so you’ll be ready for anything life brings. I promise you that this circuit class will bring you the best drills for improving endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and muscular strength. You can and will get a full body workout on a timeframe that fits even the busiest schedule. So keep your eyes open for the upcoming schedule, and be ready to sign up as I expect the classes to fill up quickly!!
Register anytime for the upcoming month (3 people needed for class to start), or join a series that is already in progress. The days/night class times to choose for the FIRST/NEXT UPCOMING CLASSES will be as follows:
Saturday - Morning Class @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Tuesday - Night Class @ 7:30 - 8:30 pm
Wednesday afternoon Class @ 3:00 - 3:45 pm
Thursday - Night Class @ 7:30 - 8:30 pm
